This year a panel of judges including Japanese nationals, art and foreign language teachers in the area judged the eighth NCJLT Nengajo Contest 2006. The record number of nearly 700 cards submitted from just over 125 schools nationwide. What a great way to welcome the year of the Dog?! Congratulations to the following teachers and students. Thanks for their continuing generous support; Asia for Kids again will donate gift certificates to the first and second place winners!! All qualifying entrants receive certificates of participation. Please go to NCJLT website (www.ncjlt.org) to view these wonderful nengajo!
